I could be described as a single mother, spiritual life coach, and business owner. But in reality, I am so much more than that. And so are you.

MY STORY

Located in St. Albert, Alberta and serving the greater Edmonton area, as well as working with clients globally, I am here to help others navigate through life with a greater sense of self. Through my own health struggle and life experiences, it has shifted my passion to help others live their most fulfilled life.

As an energy alchemist, I work as an energy guide and coach you spiritually + energetically. I am a resigned teacher, certified life coach, reiki master, meditation + mindfulness practitioner, yoga teacher, NLP practitioner and Age and Past Life Regression Therapist as well as an intuitive. Using all of these modalities, I lead you through the work In person, virtually, or by facilitating your learning with my self-directed online school.I am passionate about working with others to cultivate an authentic and deeply connected life.

In my downtime, you can find me enjoying outdoor activities with my daughter and dogs: practicing yoga, partaking in physical fitness, running the trails in St. Albert, reading, writing, recording podcasts, studying new courses, hanging out at a local rinks and ball fields as a hockey and fastball mom,
